This wine has nice exotic fruits aromas, floral notes and boxtree hints. It is fresh and balanced, with a round and long palate.

Serve at 8°C as an aperitif or with starters, fish, grilled gambas, white meat, grilled chicken and goat cheeses.

vinification

Mainly produced from Grenache and Sauvignon grape varieties. The grapes are harvested early in the morning and directly pressed. The must is racked and the juice is fermented at low temperatures in order to keep fruits aromas. The fermentation is fairly long. The wine is aged on fine lees for about 6 months in vats in order to give roundness and richness.
