Transparent cherry red color. The nose is refined and reveals itself with delicate aromas of cherries, red berries and a tip of pepper. Rather simple but very tasteful style that is mainly made on its fruit. Lush and refreshing mouthfeel. Wonderfully balanced and elegant final.
This fine and versatile style easily adapts to the type of meat. A fine piece of beef or veal, but certainly also with all kinds of poultry and, for example, a pork tenderloin.

Mâcon has a warm maritime climate. It is a mild climate without many extremes. Summers are usually warm and rather dry, but there can be rainfall all year round.

The vineyards are located in and around the Viré Clessé appellation and are situated on limestone and clay plateaus that are typical of the Mâcon region.
- vinification

The grapes are produced under the label of HVE (Haute Valeur Environnemental). After the harvest, maceration and fermentation follow under controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation to get more creaminess in the wine and soften its acidic character. The wine then rests for another 6 months in French oak barrels with regular bâtonnage.
