Light, pale colour with fine, yellow sparkle. Fizzy, fine bubbles forming a crown on the surface. In the nose, impressions of white blossom, delicate fruit and a hint of brioche. Full and creamy in the mouth, simultaneously dry and refreshing, balanced and elegant, with a long refreshing finish.
Distinctive aperitif wine, but also delicious with all kinds of appetisers.
