
A pale coloured wine which gives a pleasant sensation on the palate. It is lightly fruity, with a pleasant, lively slightly sweet flavour.
Tuna and beef tartare, grilled fish, excellent with sardines. Eggplant parmigiana. Ideal aperitif accompanied by savory or fruit-based appetizers. Try with pizza and all tomato-based dishes in general.
