
Brilliant red cherry color. Plums and strawberries, with a subtle hint of vanilla. Very expressive in the mouth, where the fruit flavors linger.
Baked or grilled red meat, rack of lamb with winter vegetables, veal fillet with pepper sauce and roast beef with mushroom sauce.

Selected harvest. Traditional vinification. Pneumatically pressed. Yeast in tanks made of concrete with epoxy coating at a temperature of between 24ºC to 26ºC. Classical maceration with two daily remontages during 15 days. Natural malolactic fermentation. 10% of the wine is aged in oak barrels. The wine rest in it's bottle for three months.
