Bordeaux has a maritime climate, caused by the Atlantic. The warm Gulf Stream and the Gironde act as heat regulators, moderating the climate. This makes for mild winters, warm summers and long, sunny autumns.

60% Sauvignon White & Gray, 35% Sémillon, 5% Muscadelle. Pneumatic pressing with skin maceration. Alcoholic fermentation in controlled vats for 10 days at 15°C. Aging on fine lees.
