Our Pinot Noir is cherry-coloured with red highlights. Intense nose of strawberry, clove, coffee and toast. Full-bodied, spicy and smoky with notes of toast on the finish.
This wine can be a great companion for pork loin with wine sauce.

Maceration: 14-16 days. Extraction: Traditional pumping-over and punching. Fermentation: Starts with active dry yeast (Bayanus); temperature 18-20 degrees Celsius Aging: Wine conserved over its lees in stainless steel tanks with French oak staves for 6 months.
