2021 Cycles Gladiator California Pinot Noir 0.75 Ltr. Red
picture of

Light, translucent, and bright cherry-red color. Aromas of sour cherries, cherries, and plums evolve into pure scents of strawberries, raspberries, and pomegranates with hints of star anise and cloves. The soft tannins and beautifully balanced acidity ensure a lush and smooth finish that lingers quite long.

Its delicious, full-bodied yet wonderfully refined character pairs well with delicate white meats such as chicken, pork, and veal. It also complements game birds and hearty fish dishes. With spicier or more pungent dishes like Indian curries or Asian cuisine in general, its soft tannins and refreshing acidity make it the ideal wine to re-stabilize the palate.

climate

Mediterranean climate with very warm, dry days and mild winters with sufficient rainfall. For Pinot Noir, vineyards located at higher elevations and in proximity to the coast are used.

soil

Paso Robles: A varied soil primarily composed of limestone in the subsoil.

vinification

After grape selection, the whole bunches are gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks. After fermentation, the wine is transferred to new French oak barrels where it continues to mature for another 9 months before being bottled.
