In the mouth, black cherries, blackberries, and enticing notes of cedarwood and vanilla reveal themselves. Elegant and refined structure. Beautifully balanced and long finish.

Its warm yet elegant character pairs perfectly with a fine but savory piece of meat. Ribeye, filet mignon, or beef tenderloin tournedos are perfect combinations, but veal and lamb are also highly recommended.
